Loon Tao offers its diners both thick and clear soups. The signature Singapore Style Chili Crab is a delicious dish prepared with the famed Sri Lankan lagoon crab. Hot Butter Cuttlefish, Steamed Lobster in Soy Sauce and King Prawns with Black Pepper Sauce are yet other delectable dishes available at Loon Tao that guarantee to have diners craving for more. Classic Chinese delicacies such as the traditional Hot Pot, Steamed Garoupa with Lime & Chili and Cantonese Style Stir-Fried Prawns are also inclusive of the menu.Apart from the seafood dishes, there’s an array of meat-based mains including Deep-Fried Chicken in Szechuan Style, Wok Fried Beef with Kangkun, Hong Kong Style Spicy BBQ Spare Ribs and Wok-Fried Lamb with Zucchini XO Sauce.
